Accessible books
I stumbled upon two wonderful story-making learning tools that I must share! Both Littlebirdtales.com and storyjumper.com are amazing resources for online reading. I know there are many great online accessible story making sites, but these two are definitely easy to access and learn from, and so enjoyable in the process. Not only were they both very user-friendly with easy to follow steps, but the end results were worth the time spent creating the books. Below is a story I created on www.storyjumper.com called "Tara's tangles," with engaging flip pages for the reader to feel like they are actually reading a "real" book, along with illustrations to keep a reader engaged in the content. The second story I created on www.littlebirdtales.com does contain audio for learners struggling with visual learning.
